Kitchen & Rear Living Room Alterations & Renovation -
This renovation transforms a tired 1960s kitchen into a bright, modern and highly functional family space, now seamlessly connected to the rear living room with improved natural light, views and everyday flow.
Working within a defined budget, our focus was on thoughtful design decisions that delivered the greatest impact. Existing elements (including structural columns) were carefully considered and integrated into the new design, allowing the new kitchen to feel intentional, cohesive and well resolved.
This project was made possible through the fantastic collaboration we had with HowellnWoods Construction & Rosemount Kitchens - a genuinely enjoyable process from design, to quotation, value-management, construction through to completion.

* Kitchen cabinetry: Laminex Natural White & AbsoluteGrain (TrueScale) series.
* Benchtops: Caesarstone Mineral Surfaces (Zero Silica).
* Floor: re-used and re-polished existing Tasmanian Oak flooring.
* Kitchen Hardware: Blum.
* Kitchen Appliances: various brands supplied by E&S.
* Lighting: Richmond Lighting.
* New window to rear living room: uPVC double-glazed with low-E coating window by Vue Windows.
